Sahba Aminikia composed "The Little Black Fish" for Brooklyn Youth Chorus's 25th Anniversary Project, Silent Voices. Silent Voices harnesses the power of young people to be instruments of change, giving voice to those silenced or marginalized by social, cultural or religious circumstances. Silent Voices First Look #2 will premiere on January 14-15 as part of PROTOTYPE Festival at the French Institute Alliance Francaise. This PROTOTYPE/FIAF concert will focus on the voices of African-American and immigrant men and women in America today.
