Originally composed by David Coulter for the stage adaptation of Khaled Hosseini’s A Thousand Splendid Suns, this piece was arranged specifically for the 2018 Kronos Festival, where Coulter served as Artist-in-Residence. The work features a suite of themes from the original score and premiered at the festival following an opening speech by Hosseini.
